Professional Experience and Honors:

2011: Heins added firepower to the midfield and brings a wealth of experience to the Kickers lineup. Starting 27 of 28 games played this season, he finished fifth on the team in scoring with four goals and two assists for 10 points.

2010: Played over 1100 minutes with the Rhinos, scoring 4 goals and notching 1 assist in 18 matches.

2009: Scored 1 goal and tallied 2 assists with the Rhinos in 24 matches.

2008: Signed with the Harrisburg City Islanders. Played in 17 matches and notched 7 goals with the City Islanders. Joined the Rochester Rhinos on loan from Harrisburg. Scored his first USL-1 goal against Portland.

2007: Picked in the first round by the Philadelphia Kixx in the MISL Expansion Draft. Played in 27 matches and putting up 11 points.

2003-06: Heins spent 5 seasons with the Ocean City Barons in the USL Premier Development League. Heins made 66 appearances within his time with the Barons, tallying 11 goals during this time.

College Experience and Honors:

Spent four years at Temple University, playing in 75 games and scoring 8 goals in his career. He earned All-Atlantic 10 rookie honors and All-Atlantic 10 honors his senior season.
