Forward Navion Boyd joins the Battery on loan from Jamaican Premier League side Tivoli Gardens where his is a teammate of Dane Kelly.. Boyd has played for Tivoli since 2005 scoring 26 goals in 75 games played. Boyd scored the goal that lifted Tivoli to the 2011 JPL Championship.
Boyd, 5-8, 155 lbs, 25 yrs., is a current member of the Jamaican national team and has scored 1 goal in 17 appearances for the Reggae Boyz.
