DAYTON, Ohio - Dayton Dutch Lions FC is looking for players for its USL PRO team for the 2013 season, the club's fourth season in Dayton. The showcase will be held to identify 15 to 20 professional players for the Dutch Lions’ USL PRO team. 

The Dutch Lions are also seeking 20-25 outstanding players under the age of 20 for the 2013 Super-20 team. Players born after 1/1/1993 are considered eligible for Super-20 tryouts, but can also be invited to play for the USL PRO team.

Tryouts will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2012 on the turf field at The Miami Valley School located at 5151 Denise Drive, Dayton, Ohio. Interested players can complete the online application at www.daytondutchlionsfc.com.

The USL PRO Team tryout fee will be $100 if you sign up before November 1. The fee for the Super-20 tryout is $40 before November 1. After November 1 the fee will increase.

Three players who tried out and played for the Dutch Lions during the 2012 season were invited to try out at for MLS clubs after the season. Matt Williams and Eli Garner (Columbus Crew) and Gibson Bardsley (Sporting Kansas City) got the chance to showcase their talent at the highest level after playing in the USL PRO for the Dutch Lions during the 2012 USL PRO season.
