2004 A-League College Draft set

TAMPA, FL -- USL announced the 2004 A-League College Draft will be held the afternoon of Wednesday, December 17 via conference call. The draft will follow the same format as 2003 with two rounds.
 
Expansion Puerto Rico and Edmonton will have the first two picks in each round with the Islanders receiving the first selection via a lottery. The remaining order is based upon reverse order of the final league standings.
 
Defending regular season champion Milwaukee will have two picks in the first round courtesy of receiving Richmond's selection as part of a trade for Jason Russell in the 2003 season. There are no other alterations in the selection order.
